Tuffstones is our brand name. Earth Pavers (Hyd) Pvt. Ltd., established in 1992, was the pioneer in bringing the Western concept of interlocking paving blocks to Andhra Pradesh. Under the renowned brand name “Tuffstones,” it swiftly emerged as a premier manufacturer of these paving blocks.

The company’s registered office is in Hyderabad, with manufacturing units situated in Hyderabad (Telangana), Vishakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), and Bhubaneswar (Odisha).

Initially, our focus was on the residential sector. By 1994, we began securing contract-based projects from the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad (MCH). Starting in 1996, the company expanded its services to include outdoor pavement solutions for retail petroleum outlets across Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Orissa, and Assam, totaling more than 3600 outlets. Since 2003, projects from the Container Corporation of India have also been part of our portfolio. So far we have done paving of total 7 Lakhs Square meters of heavy duty pavers

Our product range encompasses a diverse selection tailored to meet the needs of commercial, residential, and heavy-duty segments alike. The interlocking paving blocks we manufacture are esteemed for their lasting durability and elegant aesthetics.

Apart from our proficiency in paving block manufacturing, we have garnered substantial experience in the construction sector. Notably, we have undertaken the construction of three retail outlets for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) and ten outlets for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL). Initially, We collaborated with GMR to install paving blocks at the parking and cargo zones of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, and subsequently constructed railway container terminals. We have effectively executed numerous other construction ventures as well. We have done India’s first airport apron with pavers at Chandigarh Airport for AAI.

Earth Pavers has been dedicated to manufacturing, product research, and pavement solution development for individuals and government entities. Presently, our primary focus lies in fulfilling the comprehensive pavement requirements of housing layouts and Gated Community Projects. Leveraging our extensive experience in comprehending customer needs, we have introduced several innovative products aimed at delivering both pride and satisfaction to users. To remain ahead of emerging trends, we have launched a new line of pavement blocks tailored specifically to the needs of housing layouts.
